Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make the appointment, please cancel no later than the day before your time slot, this will allow the opportunity for someone else to shop. Late cancellations and cancelling on the day of your time slot is a lost opportunity, because no one else can use that time slot either. Appointments are in such high demand, any combination of 2 no-shows or late cancellations and the teacher will be ineligible to shop until next school year.
